Terms and conditions of e-mail subscription

Subscriber to the nuMe newsletter allows MSI svetovanje d.o.o. to collect, process and store personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

MSI svetovanje d.o.o., Ob železnici 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija (administrator), will use the data obtained at registration on the www.nu-me.eu website exclusively for the following purposes:

• • Sending the newsletter and useful tips over e-mail,
• • Informing about upcoming events,
• • Communication related to the NGB subscription,
• • Organizing e-mail prize games,
• • Statistical and market analysis, user segmentation, and the tracking of clicks and emails opened to improve and personalize e-mail content,
• • Direct marketing, including e-mails with special offers, information on new products, discount offers and other promotions of the company and its partners,
• • Making phone calls (including mobile), sms messaging and regular mail.

The administrator will protect data acquired in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and its own relevant internal acts, implemented on the basis of the act. The administrator will in no circumstances reveal the information gained to third parties.

The information stored permanently, or at least until cancellation by its owner is:

• • e-mail address,
• • name and surname for the purpose of e-mail personalization,
• • address, telephone number, date and/or year of birth and other segmentation data from the application form used for segmentation and targeted e-mail marketing,
• • the history of purchasing, with the aim of segmentation and targeted e-mailing,
• • data gained in lifestyle questionnaries, assembled for segmentation and targeted e-mailing,
• • emails and links opened, for the purpose of analysis, segmentation and target marketing.

The administrator will share this information also with his subcontractors, who will be able to process the data exclusively within the framework of the instructions and authorization provided by the administrator and are committed to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection according to their contract with the administrator.

The administrator is obliged to provide the following service to the user, upon his/her request:

• • confirm, whether his/her personal data are being processed and allow the consultation of data relevant to their person, as well as overwriting and copying the data,
• • provide an extract of personal data relevant to the person,
• • provide information on the methods of data processing used.
